The symetric composition only broken by the poles is very nice, it really makes the photo catch the eye of the viewer.
The long exposure has made the water stand out in quite a nice way as a cloud like cover of the ground. The clouds match this very nicely.
Overall this photo is very inspiring and pleasing to the eye.
I could rain this photo with superlatives, and still feel that I'd not be overdoing it.
